EAST GREENBUSH -- The yearlong feud between two town justices over suspended court clerk Roberta Reno intensified Thursday when additional charges against Reno were made public as a result of another state audit.
Town Supervisor Michael VanVoris said 20 additional charges were filed against Reno after state Comptroller H. Carl McCall's report supported Town Justice Catherine Cholakis.
Cholakis, who has claimed Reno was derelict in her duties, has been battling with the other town justice, Charles Assini.
